These look as pictured, very cute. I wear a size 9 and the size 10 is perfect - NO room to spare. The soles are molded,there is no padding at ball of foot in toebox, and just a little through the arch. They are comfortable and roomy in the toes (if sized up); good for light-day walking (if you work in a limited area); would NOT be good for heavy walking or all-day travelwalking through museums & city streets.

I ordered a size 11, I got a size 10. I returned those for a size 11, got another size 10. I returned those for credit, got a size 11. Where do they get these people?
